Monique and Tony are the devoted Chef /Owners, they draw on their training & past travels to create a contemporary menu that’s reflective of the current seasons, our location and our garden.

"We enjoy crafting contemporary dishes that accentuate the clean flavours of quality, local and seasonal produce."

The Hawkesbury & Blue Mountains regions experiences all four seasons and to take advantage of this, the menu changes with the time of year and is always driven by what’s growing in the gardens around us.
